14. Commission & Brokerage

Jaipur Plots acts as a real estate consultancy and brokerage service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a brokerage commission of 2% of the final transaction value is payable by both the buyer and the seller upon successful completion of the property transaction.

• The commission becomes due once the sale transaction is successfully completed.
• Any variation in the commission rate must be agreed upon in writing before the transaction.
• Applicable taxes, if any, may be charged in addition to the brokerage fee.

15. Role of Jaipur Plots, Brokerage & Limitation of Liability

Jaipur Plots acts solely as a real estate consultancy and brokerage service, facilitating communication and negotiations between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any agreement for the sale or purchase of property and do not guarantee the ownership, title, legal status, approvals, pricing, availability, or future value of any property. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including verifying property ownership, title, legal approvals (such as JDA or RERA, where applicable), documentation, pricing, and all other relevant details before making any payment or entering into any agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jaipur Plots charges a brokerage of 2% of the final transaction value from the buyer and 2% from the seller upon the successful completion of the property transaction. The applicable brokerage or consultancy fee will be communicated before the transaction is finalized. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jaipur Plots shall not be liable for any dispute, claim, loss, damage, delay, fraud, misrepresentation, title defect, payment issue, or other matter arising out of or relating to any property, transaction, agreement, or financial dealing between the buyer and the seller. Jaipur Plots shall have no obligation to recover any property, land, money, compensation, or other losses, nor to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the concerned parties. If Jaipur Plots has received any brokerage, consultancy fee, or commission in connection with a transaction, any refund of such amount shall be solely at the discretion of Jaipur Plots or subject to the terms agreed in writing between the parties.
